Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. You will be notified if there will be a significant delay.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, save all packaging materials and take photos of the damaged item.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. We are not able to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, all customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
