When purchasing original paintings through our online store, no right of withdrawal is provided, as the artworks are unique and handmade. The purchase becomes binding from the moment you complete the order. A right of withdrawal applies only if the painting is damaged upon receipt. To process the case and submit a claim to the shipping company, documentation of the damage must be submitted in the form of photos or video.
